Next, bring your left knee into your chest, and if it's behind you, pull it up to align it with your other knee.

Bring your right foot into your left inner thigh, then inhale as you bring your right knee closer to your chest. Exhale and take your elbows back toward your right ribs, letting your right arm, shoulder, and neck be free to move. Hold this position, then exhale and inhale as you roll your chest over to the right and draw your right knee across your inner thigh. Repeat on the other side.
